As the founding member of the firm, Eric Wollard practices in the areas of personal injury, insurance bad faith, family law, complex civil litigation and appeals.

Mr. Wollard has extensive litigation experience and, with the assistance of the latest technology and a bright and motivated staff, vigorously protects the legal rights of individuals throughout the Front Range of Colorado. Mr. Wollard has successfully litigated cases in many of the state and federal courts located in Colorado.

Mr. Wollard is a Colorado native and is active in his community, donating his time to community revitalization and education projects and pro bono (free) legal work through the Metro Volunteer Lawyers program.  Mr. Wollard is an advocate of responsible horse ownership rights and access to trails and open space for horses.  Mr. Wollard is also an advocate for the elimination of breed specific dog bans in Colorado and nationwide.
